At JUICESTORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JUICESTORE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
